Zillow updates to my house value are happening twice a month, two days apart

I'm getting real estate value changes twice a month - on the 23rd and the 26th of every month. One update often cancels out a bit of the other like 23rd may +12000, 26 may -8000. Why is it not posting one update of +4000 on 26th?

According to our help article, Zillow updates don't happen automatically, and an update is available every 6 days: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/9406300-using-zillow-to-track-real-estate-values
