Bank shows bill Paid and also Pending

Credit card company shows bill paid on May 30th. All dollar amounts are the same.

Bank shows the Credit Card paid on June 1st.

Bank also shows the same Credit Card payment pending, dated May 30th, as of today, June 13th.

These screenshots are as of today, 6-13. The follow 2 items are from the Bank, for the same amount. Note the dates.

This is from the Credit card statement. Note the date.

Thanks for reaching out! From what I am gathering here, are you stating that you have a duplicate transaction in the same account, where one is pending and the other is cleared?

If you've determined that both of the duplicate transactions were downloaded from the bank, you'll next want to view the "Appears on your [account] statement as..." message for each of the transactions to see if this information is the same for both of the transactions. You can see that by opening the Transaction Detail window and looking for the "Appears on your [account] statement as..." message at the very top.

If both transactions show the same “Appears on your [account] statement as...” message, and one is marked as Pending while the other is Cleared, it could be that Quicken Simplifi didn't properly match the downloaded Pending transaction to the newly downloaded Cleared transaction. In this instance, you'll want to delete one of the duplicate transactions.
