FirstBank of Denver CO (FirstBank of Colorado) Accounts Migrating to PNC Bank

PNC Bank is acquiring FirstBank of Denver, CO. As part of this transition, customer accounts will be migrated to PNC, and existing FirstBank connections in Quicken Simplifi will no longer work.
Key Dates
June 18, 2026
- FirstBank of Denver, CO connections will be disconnected.
- Transaction downloads from FirstBank will stop.
- Intuit will run a final batch download to capture all posted transactions through June 18.
June 26, 2026
- Customers can begin reconnecting their migrated accounts using PNC Bank.
- New PNC transactions will begin downloading into Quicken.
July 31, 2026
- FirstBank online banking access will be discontinued.
- Web Connect (.QFX) downloads will be removed from the FirstBank website.
- OFX Direct Connect/Web Connect services will no longer be available.
What Customers Need to Do
- Disconnect your existing FirstBank of Denver, CO account(s) in Quicken Simplifi.
- You can make the accounts manual by following the steps here.
- Wait until your accounts have been migrated and set up with PNC.
- Beginning June 26, reconnect your account(s) using PNC Bank.
- Link the downloaded PNC account(s) to your existing Quicken account register(s) to continue downloading transactions.
- You can link your existing manual account(s) to the new account(s) by following the steps here.
Important Notes
- PNC credentials and account numbers will change during the migration.
- Customers will not receive downloaded transactions between June 18 and June 26.
