New Feature Alert: Enhanced Transaction List Toolbar!
We’re excited to introduce an updated Transaction List toolbar on the Quicken Simplifi Web App! This enhancement delivers a cleaner, more streamlined experience and makes some of the most commonly used tools easier to access.
This feature is currently available to 20% of Early Access users on the Quicken Simplifi Web App. We'll be expanding availability to additional Early Access users next week!
What's New?
Refreshed Toolbar Design: The toolbar at the top of the Transaction List has been redesigned with a more modern, intuitive layout and updated icons.
Collapsed Search Bar: To create more space and reduce visual clutter, the search bar is now collapsed by default and can be expanded when needed.
Import & Export Moved: Import and Export options have been moved to the three-dot menu, keeping the toolbar organized while still providing quick access to these actions.
Easier Access to Transaction History Settings: Transaction History Settings no longer requires hovering over the gear icon. The option is now more visible and accessible directly from the toolbar.
Improved Bulk Edit Experience: The Bulk Edit pencil icon has been removed. Instead, when you select multiple transactions, the available bulk actions will automatically appear at the top of the Transaction List.
New Quick Filters: We've added new one-click filters to help you find important transactions faster:
- This Month — View transactions from the current month.
- Uncategorized — Quickly locate transactions that still need a category.
- Unreviewed — Easily identify transactions that haven't been reviewed yet.
Please note: These changes currently apply only to the Transaction List. Other transaction-related areas, such as Reports and the Spending Plan, will continue using the existing toolbar design for now. We are considering bringing this updated experience to additional areas of the product in the future.
As always, we'd love to hear your feedback once you have a chance to try it out! Click the link below and let us know what you think 👉
