why does the Investments total under the Accounts section have a higher total than the Balance in the Investments section?
I verified both Accounts listing Investments total and Investment Balance are selecting same connected investment accounts but they are off by $35000 or 2-3% on a daily basis. Why so far off? Should match.
There was a $35k increase minutes after submitting this post this morning so there must be a morning update that is applied around 9 am EST, I wouldn't have expected that but at least the two different totals I questioned are much closer I just have to be aware of the morning update.

I'm glad to hear the issue has cleared up for you. For future reference, investment data may differ slightly because of how this information is updated in Quicken Simplifi. For example, the balance for connected investment accounts is provided by the financial institution, but the Portfolio view uses real-time holdings data to determine the Market Value, which can result in a difference between the Accounts List balance and the Portfolio balance.
