Make Splits separate transactions to be handled independently but marked as a split.

I would like to manage each split transaction completely independently. maybe just have the account, original amount, and payee, and split the same. but status, flags and almost everything else has a posibility to belong to each independant split.

yes it exist but is limited. It would be nice to have reviews & flags per split as well.
