I'd like to request that OneFinance be added to the supported banks list.

Hello quicken? are you there? anyone? Very frustrating!
Hello All,
Unfortunately, there's still no update to provide on this request. Although this institution has been requested on our end, we cannot guarantee that the requested bank will be added. That said, I'd suggest continuing to follow along here for any future updates on this request. It may also help if you contact the financial institution directly and request that they support Quicken.
I am sorry that I don't have a better answer!
@Coach Kristina Thank you for the update.
I found that the transactions are available from two separate institutions - OnePay AND Synchrony. See my comment from last year here detailing the access methods.
I believe Simplify already has a synchronization relationship with Synchrony and is capable of pulling in other cards from this institution. It would seem that synching the data from Synchrony would be the route to go instead of from OnePay.
Can you confirm if Simplifi is pursuing OnePay and/or Synchrony for this request? Thanks!
Please please please get Onepay added. Onepay sent an email that they now allow outside parties to connect through plaid. In the past they didn't allow it, but things have changed now, so please! I think now it's just quicken that needs to do the work to add it.
Onepay.com
It would significantly improve this app for me. If we don't get it added I will have to seriously consider changing to a budgeting app that will.
@Coach Kristina we do not have an account with synchrony. I have tried linking my Onepay account on simplifi through synchrony and we do not have a log in with synchrony bank. Our log in is through Onepay only. The card is sponsored by synchrony but Onepay is its own website and log in.
@Coach Kristina Any movement on this?
Thank you for the follow-up,
There are no new updates yet.
Thank you!
Please fix this! Synchrony/OnePay works with all other financial aggregators!
+1 to get OnePay added. I'm missing out on almost all of my groceries and most of my small household purchases.
+1 to get OnePay added.
+1 Get One Pay added. Everything else is useless if I cant reconcile all my accounts in one place!
I feel like Quicken is ignoring the easy solution here - Synchrony's credit card portal now shows the Walmart OnePay accounts. Quicken already integrates with many Synchrony credit cards. If Quicken keeps refusing to integrate directly with OnePay (even though all the other major integrators support it), simply fix the existing Synchrony integration so we can get the data from there.
The lack of support on this issue is galling. This thread started in 2021 and still has not been resolved. OnePay works with all other aggregators. Why doesn't it work with Quicken?
This issue appears to be similar to the issue of splits in recurring transactions that took years to get off the back burner. [removed - disruptive]
@Coach Kristina Any update?
Walmart's/synchrony bank offer a One Pay Credit and debit card and i currently cannot connect to either.
Just cancelled my subscription because of this. If I have to manually enter my transactions, will go back to using Excel to organize expenses. The convivence of this app was to automate record keeping.
Thank you all for the thread of struggles getting OnePay added. I had the same issue with a couple other accounts (Optim Bank) and was manually adding transactions, thankfully I didn't use them much. Now that Walmart offers 5% cash back on purchases including Gas, I use this card several times a week and manually entering on Simplifi is too much.
Have seen many contemplating cancelling subscription, I did. Have spent much time on the phone with banks and tried contacting Simplifi support and have concluded time will be better spent keeping a Excel worksheet to manually track my expenses. Not very hard since all banks give option to export statements in CSV format and run a formula to match them to my workbook.
That's where I'm at too. Quicken has shown they don't care to resolve this so why should I keep paying for their service?
I’m contemplating going with [Removed - 3rd Party Software] even though it’s a bit more expensive. OnePay and my retirement account both work with it and not Quicken. Simplify is the epitome of poor customer service.
