This happens when one of the Payee names text is too long to fit horizontally in the field. When the cursor is over the field, Simplfi shows a white text on a dark background second version of the text with a thinner font, attempting to show all the text in the Payee long name.
When the cursor is at the upper horizontal edge of the text field, this thinner text starts flashing many times per second.
This behavior has been there a long time and is quite annoying. 100% reproducible.
