I was connected in the past but recently got connection errors. I can access the ewealth / AssetMark web site. Quicken either does not send an access code or sends two. Or it connects to the institution but not to the holdings or individual accounts within. Again this is a new issue as I have connected in the recent past. I tried the Quicken chat bot …it was no help …can't find a more direct support other than community…very frustrated…any suggestions… [removed - no soliciting]
