I keep having to add my credit card's interest rate and credit limit to my two Capital One accounts. I have an Amex and a manual account that are working fine.

Usually, this information is provided by your financial institution for connected accounts, but if it is not working for you when you manually enter the details, we can try verifying whether this issue is web browser-based. If you try another web browser/incognito mode, do the changes stick for you?

No, it saves the change. But when I come back the next day or something, maybe after the next sync, it's gone.
Well, interestingly, I just refreshed the app and now my manual account lost its settings, too.
I'm using Safari 26.
Thanks for the information. I am not sure why this information would be getting lost. Have you tried switching to another web browser, as I mentioned above, to see if that helps keep the credit card details? I would see if changing to another web browser, making the changes and saving them, and then switching to your current browser works. Let us know and keep us updated!
I've added it again via the iOS app. Will wait to see if it survives the next sync.
@Coach Jon - Can confirm that they got removed on the next sync with Capital One. And for the manual account, it actually got deleted as soon as I added a transaction.

Safari 26.5 on macOS 26.5.1. I would have to say it's always been an issue, since I only noticed the feature a few weeks ago.
It's not just @BradleyBenSmith. Same thing is happening to me. Fidelity Visa, Coign Visa and Apple Card keep disappearing.

I am back with an update on this issue from our product team! They have implemented a fix that should be released with Quicken Simplifi Web and Mobile 6.28.0.
