Will Target Red Card ever actually work again?

Target Red Card doesn't automatically download transactions. Not only has it not worked properly for over a year, we haven't gotten any updates in that time. See below:

The only update was on 5/29/25.

I'm making a new post because we can't comment on the above post, and all previous posts regarding this have been closed.

I just want to know: will this ever be fixed? It's unfair to keep making empty promises. I need to know because this directly affects whether I will continue using Simplifi.

If anyone has figured out any workarounds or partial fixes in the meantime, please let me know.

Thank you for reaching out! I can certainly understand your frustration. I can assure you that these issues are being actively investigated and worked on by our product team. We don't have an ETA for a resolution or any news to share as of yet. However, as soon as we do, we will be sure to post it to the alert you shared above.
