I assume this is a widespread outage but since I don't see any updates, I'll report here in case it's more targeted. Schwab, CapitalOne, Discover, US Bank, Citi (and I'm sure more) are all unable to connect.
I updated at 5am without problem but cannot try again until 9am. I updated Capital One and Schwab and Fidelity.
Edit: However, I see that EL1234 is confirming your problem.
Edit 2: It's been reported in the Quicken Classic community as well. One poster said he was able to connect to about 40% of his banks.
Same here! Amex and Chase as well.
I am getting this error:
Care code: FDP-400
I also keep seeing this popup:
An error occurred. Please try again.
And when I try to X the error I get this:
Sorry, but we were unable to make your changes.
It looks like Intuit updated their status page after I last checked, so I'm guessing it's them: https://status.developer.intuit.com/
Same here, seems like everything is disconnected.
Confirmed all of the above, and also Vanguard + Fidelity
My Kohls and Target credit cards are doing the same (although this is clearly not a problem with any specific bank). Hope it can get fixed asap!
Both Quicken Deluxe and Simplify are both returning the same errors. 3 banks and two investment firms won't connect.
Citi, Wells Fargo, Chase, Vanguard and Fidelity for me.
Hello everyone,
Thank you for posting about this issue! I am also seeing this this morning, in both Quicken Simplifi and Quicken Classic for Mac. It seems to be affecting multiple banks, with various error codes being returned. I have reported this to our internal teams and will post back here with any news.
Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this!
We now have an Alert that everyone can follow for updates:
Though, I will say, that all of my accounts just updated. So this may be fixed! 🤞
Mine updated a few minutes ago as well! But waiting for an official announcement that it's completely fixed.
