DA Davidson Account Balances and Investment Holdings and Balances Are Wrong (edited)

I am currently having an issue with the how QS brings over the DA Davidson data. I am finally able to connect to the web site and successfully import data. The data, however, comes over in amount about 4X's it's actual value. Is there a way to correct this issue in Simplifi? or is this a system problem which needs to be corrected by the engineers?

Is it just the balance that's incorrect, or is every transaction coming in at 4x the actual amount?
What kind of account(s) are you encountering this issue with (checking, savings, brokerage, etc.)?
Is this happening when importing a CSV file, or are the account(s) connected for automatic download?

Not sure where to start because it appears everything is incorrect. Number of shares, cost per share, market value, balance on dashboard balance is different than market value (more than 2X ex. 207 on market value, 434 on Dashboard. Actual account is 112). I have a total of eight accounts coming from the company. Only thing which appears to be OK is the transaction activity page.

The accounts are from a brokerage company.

This is happening during the automatic download.

The investment accounts come in as brokerage and retirement accounts.

To help narrow down the issue, it's important to understand how investment account balances work in Quicken Simplifi. The Accounts List balance, which is the list of all accounts and balances on the left side of the dashboard in the Quicken Simplifi web app, or the list of all your accounts when you select "Accounts" in the Quicken Simplifi mobile app, is provided by the bank for connected accounts. The market value in the Portfolio view is derived from the holdings data. With that, you will want to identify exactly where you have an incorrect balance (Accounts List or Portfolio), then try to identify any culprits. For example, if the market value in the Portfolio is incorrect, you'll want to look at the holdings info there to identify any that are displaying incorrectly, e.g., the wrong ticker symbol, incorrect number of shares, etc.

Accounts list values are definitely wrong big time. All eight. One has a vale that's' 150% above the actual value. I think we should start there. There are other issues with number of stocks owned per account as well and missing stocks in some accounts. I have two annuities as part of the 8 and they are wrong and don't even have stocks associated with them. All this can be tackled later once we find where QS has the issue.

Upon reconnecting D.A. Davidson accounts after connection errors were resolved all account values are incorrect. Account values are adding in Cash, Assets, Total value, yesterday value, delta in yesterday value to represent the value of the account. This is close to triple the value. Holdings are not accounting the number of shares correctly. Many have twice as many shares. When the same stock assets may be in more than one account it seems that the number of account affect the cumulative count of shares. Cost bases of the stocks are missing.

I have merged your post with the existing thread for this issue. Since it sounds like you already had these accounts added in Quicken Simplifi, I'd recommend following these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank to see if doing so clears things up:

Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.
