United Wholesale Mortgage account was moved to Bilt - "No accounts supported" message with Bilt

My United Wholesale Mortgage was just moved from loanadministration.com to Biltrewards

I can see that Quicken has a Bilt data feed but when i try to add it it says "no accounts are supported" is this because Quicken doesn't have the mortgage part of their business set up yet?

Can you add Bilt Mortgage Payments to the data feeds to link it to Bilt?

To help identify any potential culprits, please provide the answers to the following questions:

Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
Is the account considered an external account (i.e., are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
What is the exact URL you use to log in to your account on the bank's website?
Is the account a subtype of a different account?
Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
Are you the owner of the account?
