Modal Popup Causes Low Framerate On Other Monitor (edited)

Any time I have a modal pop up in Simplifi it lowers the framerate on both my monitors. It makes trying to multitask in Simplifi very annoying.

Recreation:

Open Simplifi on primary monitor.

Open a video on secondary monitor(e.g. Twitch stream)

Trigger a modal window to open(e.g. have to log back in to a bank) in Simplifi

See that while the modal is open the video stream is noticeably low framerate(stuttery, skipping frames)

Change tabs on primary monitor away from the one with the modal. Framerate will instantly increase to normal.

Switch back to the tab with the modal up, framerate will drop again.

Closing the modal instantly fixes the issue.

I just tried to replicate this behavior and was unable to. I had a YouTube video playing on one monitor and opened many modal windows in Quicken Simplifi on my other monitor, including the Add Account, Transaction Detail, and Edit Series modal windows. The YouTube video continued playing without issue.

With that, this may require more advanced assistance, which can be obtained by contacting our Chat/Phone Support team directly. They can get on a screen share with you so you can walk them through what's happening. They can also gather specific data from you if the issue needs to be escalated.
