I am having trouble connecting to Optum Bank. I enter the User/PW combo and pin sent, but then I just get a perpetual spinning wheel while waiting for a connection. Does anyone know what the malfunction is?

When checking your connection attempts from our end, I see a successful connection with Optum Bank as of today. Can you navigate to Settings > Accounts and check whether Optum Bank is listed anywhere on the page?
If not, I'd recommend trying in a different browser or in incognito/private mode, in case something in your primary browser is blocking the connection.
