I don't understand why these threads keep getting closed without any resolution. What's the point of a budgeting app if I can't get any of my transactions working?

Thank you for reaching out! I can see the previous alert for this issue was closed as resolved. The other thread you linked above was also closed because there was no response for 30 days.

Can you confirm if it is only certain transactions that are missing from your account, or is it all transactions not downloading once connected in Quicken Simplifi? Is the account balance correct?

I would also have you check if the following steps work to resolve the problem:

Make all of the accounts with the bank manual by following the steps here.
Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

Yes, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting. The balance of the CC updates correctly, so I know it's successfully connecting to PayPal. But none of the transactions download.
