Well… Some good news… And some bad… I was finally able to establish a connection with my Baird accounts. But… It screwed up importing the data… The portfolio tab data got swapped between my two Baird accounts… One has the data for the other. It's totally screwed up.
You know what the means… More uploading screenshots/logs for support "escalation" and more - likely indefinite - waiting for a solution that may never come.
Hello @2BTSquared,
Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your issue, can you please let us know what data in the Portfolio is swapped? Is it your Holdings information? Or is it the Market Value and Today's change? Or is it all the information between the accounts in Portfolio?
You can see if the following steps work to resolve the issue you are seeing for these accounts:
Let us know!
I have a case # for this… It's 12516055
Yes. The Holding for the accounts are swapped and the shares for both accounts are all zeroed out.
In regards to the steps you provided, I've already tried that approach, amongst others. All have failed (same result regardless).
Another note… I also track a couple of my wife's Baird accounts on my Simplifi account. Those two Baird accounts were setup in Simplifi under a separate institution/account/connection. In this case, the portfolio information was not swapped. However, all is not well here either. Her accounts each have a new holding (SAMT), which Simplifi brought in, but it brought it in with 0 shares.
Thank you for providing that information! I can see the ticket you worked on with our Support Team and can see that it has been escalated.
In this case, I would wait for further updates on this issue while they work on a resolution. You can always check the status of your ticket by reaching out via the same support method you originally used.
Feel free to post back here with any results in case it helps other users!
