Zombie Reminders won't delete in savings account

I have a set of reminders for events that have occured or were voided and they are now haunting me. At one time last month the balance was off by one of these amounts. Yes, I now about cash balance vs accural. That wasn't it. The rep on the phone was…. challenging to understand. and he was challenged to understand my complaint (even with a screen share)

Now, a month later I still have the issue so let's try it in writing.

I've tried to delete them where they are - no joy

I've tried bringing up the series and deleting it - no joy.

AND over in Bills and Income:

When I was on the call with the tech support rep, we tried going to where you manage reminders, but I can't find it right now AND Simpfify keeps crashing.

Ok, I was able to access this screen, and I still can't delete July 1 "Transfer to Savings" to delete.

I can change the date. I grabbed the other two Zombies and made the all 27 JULY. I know that these aren't supposed to impact the balance but ….

I also have a 2 MARCH transfer and 2x (yes TWO) 26 JUNE and they are marked PAST and I can't do anything with them.

So, I'm thinking I have some data corruption in my file. Possibly caused by …. my Discover Savings Account number was changed and it wasn't a clean cut over.

Just to clarify the situation, it sounds like you have tried the following without success:

(1) Click the 3-dot menu on the reminder and click "Dismiss reminder"

(2) Click the 3-dot menu on the reminder, then click "Edit reminder", and then click "Dismiss reminder"

Have you tried editing the series and changing the Start Date to a date after the date of the zombie reminders? I don't know if that will work, since they are no longer "upcoming" reminders. But it might be worth a try. (I don't have any past reminders I can test this on myself.)
