Marcus by Goldman Sachs -- Still not available even with Plaid connection

Hello,
when can we expect the Marcus x Goldman Sachs connection to be working again? I've been trying for months now to get it reconnected and it simply fails every single time which is very frustrating as it is significantly throwing off my personal net worth and other financial analytics data.

Is the issue occurring on an existing account or when adding accounts?
What specifically occurs when connecting?

Hello, yes, the issue is occuring when adding a new account. the Error is FDP 390

An FDP error is an Intuit error, not Plaid. When I go through the Add Account flow in Quicken Simplifi, I am only presented with one option: a Plaid option labeled "Marcus by Goldman Sachs".

When you try to add the account, are you presented with the Plaid confirmation screen?

If so, I'm not sure how you could be receiving an FDP-390 error, since FDP errors are only generated by Intuit connections. With that, you may need to contact our Chat/Phone Support team directly for more advanced assistance, so they can get on a screen share with you and determine what's going on.
