Discover transactions before 3 months ago are missing, and only loan account is showing to link

My Discover account was deleted during a Capital One OAuth reconnect. The Discover transactions before 3 months ago no longer appear in All Transactions, Reports, Uncategorized, or Search. The backend account profile appears corrupted, and the linking flow only shows loan accounts. I need a backend restore of the orphaned Discover transactions and a reset of the institution profile.

You stated the previous account was deleted. Were you able to re-add the account, or is it not showing up at all when going through the Add Account flow in Quicken Simplifi?
