Windows 11, 64 bit. Current Quicken Version. HON (Honeywell International) had corporate spin off and stock split (Reverse Stock Split) on 29Jun26. The spin off worked fine and all was in order after Quicken did its thing of reallocating historical cost prices. After the stock split was triggered in Quicken, Quicken downloaded the quotes for the new company (HONA) that was spun off, but not the quotes for the original HON stock. Interestingly, HON is still listed in the Securities List and the box for downloading quotes is checked. However, if one clicks on any stock (It does not have to be HON) in the Securities List, a "Details" window opens for that stock. There are then 4 dropdown lists across the top, "Update," "News & Analysis," "More," & "Security Report." If one clicks on the "More" drop down list, 3 choices are available: "Download Asset Classes," "Download Historical Prices," & "Edit Price & History." Only the first 2 choices are relevant. In both, all the securities in your portfolio (which are all listed in the "Securities List") are listed at all times prior to the activation of the spin off & stock split triggers. After the spin-off action is implemented, all securities are still listed in the "Download Asset Classes" drop down list and in the "Download Historical Prices" drop down list. However, after the stock split action is implemented, all Securities are still listed in the "Download Asset Classes" drop down list, but HON, the security that was subject of the stock split action, has now mysteriously disappeared and not listed. And, accordingly, even though HON is still shown in the Securities List, and in all other parts of Quicken where it is otherwise reflected, it is no longer being updated when I go online to "Update" all my securities. HON remains static as of the date of the spin off and stock split and is not updated. Everything else, including the new company that was "spun off" is updated. I can't be the only Quicken User who had HON in his/her portfolio who went through this recent spin off and stock split on 29Jun. Has anyone experienced anything similar, either with HON or any other stock spin off/stock split?
