New: repeated login screens and 2FA, both for Simplifi and Community

What gives? All I've had to do to access Simplifi is click my bookmark on my Chrome browser and POOF I'm in. Suddenly I had to enter login ID, password, AND get a code sent to my phone. Then I closed Simplifi. Later I went back and it did that all over again! I see there's a checkbox to keep my logged in, so I checked that. Hopefully it will work. Why the sudden hassles? I even had to do that process just to get into this discussion forum!

Thank you for reaching out! Quicken Simplifi may need you to periodically log in, especially if something has changed (different browser, different IP address, etc.). If you recently cleared cache & cookies or part of your browsing history, that may also trigger a login prompt, since the saved session would have been cleared.
