Still Not Working

@chiphum, thanks for reaching out to the Community with this issue!
I'm able to confirm the FDP-103 error when checking your connection attempts with Community America Credit Union from our end. I see that it started yesterday — is that correct? Have you ever had this bank connected in Quicken Simplifi, or is this your first time adding it?
If this is your first time connecting to this bank in Quicken Simplifi, I see that there is a second bank instance called "Community America CU". I'd recommend giving this bank instance a try as well.
If that bank instance also generates an FDP-103 error, this indicates that you are using invalid credentials. Here are the steps to troubleshoot this error:
Let us know how things go!
@Coach Natalie This is the first time using it. My previous credit union merged with this one. I tried both sites with no luck. I know my credentials are correct as it works with the website and the app.
@chiphum, thanks for providing more information and testing the second bank instance!
To proceed on our end, you will need to thoroughly follow the steps I posted above. If they do not resolve the issue, I'd recommend contacting our Chat/Phone Support team directly for more advanced assistance, as they may need to file an escalation. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support
Please note that Support will want you to have followed the steps.
Feel free to post back with the results in case it helps other users!
I have tried all those steps. I will contact support.
@chiphum, thanks for posting back!
I'm not sure I'm following. Are you a Unify Financial CU customer or a Community America CU customer? And have you had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi in the past? If so, which bank option was it connected to? I ask because, when a bank merges with another, you often don't switch the connection in Quicken Simplifi to the other bank; instead, they usually update the bank you're connected to so it routes correctly.
With that, if you've been successfully connected to one of those banks in Quicken Simplifi, you should continue focusing on that connection. If that connection is returning an FDP-103 error, it likely needs to be escalated so our teams can make the necessary changes for the merger. The escalation is something our Support team can help with. Did you contact them?
Let us know!
Thanks for the explanation. I was with Unify and they merged with CACU. It is just really confusing because CACU has so many connection options. When I try the old connection with updated credentials it still does not work and returns the same error.
@chiphum, thank you for that additional insight!
If you've migrated your Unify account to Community America CU and have login credentials on their direct website, I'd definitely recommend trying those bank options as well. It may just be trial and error, trying each one since there are so many.
Otherwise, I'd say it's definitely time to contact our Support team directly so they can provide the advanced assistance needed to escalate the issue and provide you with the best path forward. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support
I have exactly the same FDP-103 issue after being transferred from Unify to Community America. I am able to use my newly updated credentials without issue to connect to Community America directly. I am not using any of the special characters mentioned previously. In Simplifi I have tried using the old and new credentials on the Unify connection, but that did not work. Interestingly, my attempt to go through the Unify connection triggered the logo and name in the settings and connections page to change from Unify to Community America with all my old Unify accounts still under it, but they are all disconnected. If I go to the dashboard accounts or transactions they all show Unify. What should I do next?
