Will 4A's 401(k)'s ever connect?

4A's is an industry trade group for marketing/advertising agencies, and one of the services they offer member agencies is sponsored 401(k) plans. Even though they are listed as an available connection (www.yourbenefitsaccount.com/aaaaretirementplans/) and will allow you to enter log-in/2A information, it doesn't actually connect. It's exceptionally frustrating, but even though it seems to be on the plan's side, other providers like Fidelity can connect to it (though the connection needs refreshed every couple of weeks).

When typing in the URL you provided above for the available connection, no results are returned in Quicken Simplifi.

I also can't determine the bank when searching "4A", and get no results when searching "4A's". With that, we can't check from our end to see what error you're receiving, so we need more info.

• What is the bank name, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi?
• What specific error or message do you receive when attempting to connect?
