"Problem generating report" error message

I keep getting an error message as a black pop-up on the lower left hand side of the screen that says:

"We ran into a problem generating your report. Please try again later."

I am not trying to generate any report - this message just keeps popping up on its own when I first log in to Simplifi and randomly as I am using the software.

I haven't personally seen anything like this pop up in Quicken Simplifi. Did this just start for you this morning? Are you using the web app or the mobile app?

@Coach Natalie - it started on Friday, which is the first time I signed in to the web app after a few weeks of travel (this is happening only in the web app, not the mobile app). It has been happening periodically since Friday.

I tried going to the Reports section to see if I have a pending report trying to be generated or anything like that but do not see anything there.

I'd recommend trying in a different browser or in incognito/private mode to see if the issue persists outside your primary browser. If it doesn't, it may be as simple as clearing the browser's cache and cookies.

@Coach Natalie, I tried using Simplifi in both Chrome incognito mode and Safari and I'm getting the same error message (I normally use Chrome as my browser).
