Synchrony/Sun Country Signature Visa - Unable to connect - FDP-103 (edited)

Is there still an open case for the Sun Country Signature Visa card? I can't find anything. I found a thread from 2025 but it is closed. I still cannot connect to this card and it has been over a year since Sun Country switched their cards to Synchrony. I am inclined to find a different software that accomodates financial changes a little quicker. Doing this manually on a monthly basis is not why I signed up for financial software.

I checked your connection attempts from our end and see an FDP-103 error with Synchrony. It looks like this error with Synchrony Bank and Synchrony store-branded cards is actually a known issue. While the issue is being worked on, you can follow our Alert for updates:

Thank you for the update, Natalie. I appreciate it. I understand how difficult it is to get all the updates and bugs fixed in an app like this. However, it has been over a year since the card changed to Synchrony and we still do not have eta for resolution. I either need to quit using my Synchrony card, or find a new tracking application that does work with the card. Obviously, neither is a good option. However, manual monthly updates isn't a good option either.
