One MasterCard account with 2 cards - Wife's transactions don't download into QS (edited)

My wife and I have one MasterCard account, with each of us having our own card. My card transactions update just fine, but the charges she puts on her card do not. I have already addressed the problem with the card provider, to no avail. Any suggestions?

To clarify, is your wife an authorized user on the account, or do you have 2 separate cards with 2 separate card numbers? It would also be helpful to know which bank the issue is occurring with so we know how to proceed.
