When I go to add an account, Bilt Rewards comes up, and I successfully get past the Plaid login to the Bilt login, but when I put the code in that is texted to my phone, the page just refreshes and ends up asking for my number again.

To clarify, have you tried completing MFA when prompted the 2nd time to see if it's just twice before you can add the account, or are you in an endless loop with MFA where you are prompted over and over again?
Since you are adding the account for the first time, the only thing I can think of for you to try is using a different browser or incognito/private mode, in case something in your primary browser is causing the MFA loop. Or you can try the mobile app if you're using the web app, or the web app if you're using the mobile app.
