Good evening, Quicken Simplifi community:
Last August 8th I purchased a subscription to "Quicken Inc - N01 180 Jefferson Dr Menlo" for $51.78 (I had used "Quicken Home & Business, 2016" software for more than ten (10) years.) After I made the purchase I tried to connect the Quicken Simplifi software to my credit union. The Quicken Simplifi software failed to connect to my credit union account. (My credit union is the Washington State Employees Credit Union.) I looked at the long list of banks and credit unions that Quicken Simplifi states they can connect with and the Washington State Employees Credit Union is NOT on their list. I called the Washington State Employees Credit Union earlier this week and asked if there was a problem with Quicken Simplifi connecting to their business? The WSECU told me that it was Quicken's problem not being not able to connect to WSECU!
I am writing to ask if you have any further information you can share with me about "why" Quicken Simplifi cannot connect to the Washington State Employees Credit Union? (As you are aware the list of banks and credit unions that Quicken Simplifi claims to be able to connect with is quite extensive!) Why would Quicken Simplifi have a "problem" connecting to one credit union in the State of Washington??
Thank you, very much, for reading and considering my email.
