The invoice and payment features are great, but as business grows, someday I may have to move to a more robust accounting program that is business-specific. The lack of ability to export Invoice and Payment data is a huge drawback to Quicken Business and Personal, because it means I can't make that transition easily. Please consider building an export feature for Invoice and Payment data.
