Return basic functionality of loan tracking for offline loans.

It’s frustrating to pay increasing subscription fees and grant access to my financial data while basic day-to-day tracking features have been removed or limited compared with earlier products. Manual loan tracking should support payment transactions, transfers, and balance adjustments without rewriting account history.
