@disc2120, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
I was able to confirm the 2505 error when checking your connection attempts with Fidelity Inv & Retirement from our end. It looks like this error just started occurring today — is that correct?
I'd recommend following these steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank and to gain a new access token from Fidelity to see if doing so clears things up:

I fixed it. I used different steps in mobile.
Tried reset connection which failed but left the accounts disconnected.
Then did a connect which worked and I relinking the accounts.
I didn't mess with the settings in fidelity.
@disc2120, I'm glad to hear you were able to get connected again!
I have been having this error for the past 2 days. I believe this may be related to Fidelity on a periodic basis requiring one to re-authorize access to one's Fidelity accounts. So, the way I fixed it, I clicked on "update connection" and Quicken redirect me to Fidelity. As soon as I login, I get all the Fidelity accounts that I needed to authorize. After doing so, Quicken proceeded to its page to relink all the accounts. That's pretty much.
