Hi, I see I had this issue also in August of 2025. Attempts to connect on simplify don't work, but connection via their website is normal. I started by following the steps outlined last year when this happened (last year resolved) - I have it set to manual now just lacking the reconnect.

I was able to confirm the 170 error when checking your connection attempts with Valon Mortgage from our end. It looks like the error started as of 8/21/26 — does that sound right?
