Verizon Visa Card and Robinhood

hi,

I have authenticated successfully into Verizon Visa Card (Synchrony Bank) and to Robinhood. Even though the auth is successful, I see the error in Simplifi app and the transactions are not showing up. Can you please help fix this issue?

I have attached screen shot. As you can see Robinhood and Verizon Visa Card are both last updated today. Please help fix this.
