I am still having an issue. I even tried deleting and re-adding and that isn’t even working. This is what it says below, basically just says I already have the accounts linked but they aren’t, you can see there aren’t any listed. Please help.

Hi @Tim603, Thank you for the additional details. Since Quicken Simplifi is showing “All accounts up to date” but the Chase accounts are not appearing, let’s start with a few basic troubleshooting steps:
If the issue persists after trying these steps, let’s completely reset the Chase connection: To help clarify what I’m going to describe, in the account list located in settings, you may see your regular accounts listed first, followed by a separate section showing your financial institution connections. In the screenshot below, for example, American Express appears below the manual accounts, but there are no accounts listed underneath that institution. This is the type of empty institution connection I’ll be referring to in the next steps.
1. Delete the Chase connection in Quicken Simplifi. Before moving on to the next steps, this is how you can delete the Chase connection in Quicken Simplifi:
2. Log in to the Chase website directly and locate the section for connected apps or third-party access.3. Revoke/remove Quicken Simplifi access to your Chase account.4. Return to Quicken Simplifi and add the Chase connection again. Please let us know how it goes after trying these steps. If you're still seeing the “All accounts up to date” message without the accounts being added, let us know what happens, and we can tailor the next troubleshooting steps to your specific situation. Thank you for working through this with us! 😺
