I'm seeing all my accounts at TD Canada trust have a last updated timestamp over 18 hours ago, and they all show error FDP-102. Is there a known issue with TD Canada Trust? Is this likely to be resolved?
@theradioguy, thanks for reaching out with this issue!
I was able to confirm the FDP-102 error while reviewing your connection attempts with TD Canada Trust on our end. This error indicates that the bank is throttling connectivity: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/13795819-errors-fdp-102-fdp-105-when-using-online-services-in-quicken-simplifi
I'd recommend following these troubleshooting steps to establish a completely fresh connection with the bank to see if doing so clears things up for you:
If the FDP-102 error persists, the next step is to allow 48 hours for it to self-resolve.

Hi,
I made all the accounts manual, and when I go to attempt to connect to TD Canada Trust I am prompted for my username and password, then the MFA code (which I receive) after which I get the same error.
it's coming up on 36 hours now since the issue started.
As another test, I tried logging into my corporate TD account and was able to do so without issue, so it seems to be an issue specific to my personal TD account. How can I resolve this?
@theradioguy, thanks for giving those steps a try and posting back!
If the issue still occurs after 48 hours, it will likely need to be escalated internally. Our Support team can help with that, so you'd want to reach out to them directly: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5077917-how-to-contact-support
Please post back here with any findings in case it helps other users!
I resolved this by logging into the bank's website. Immediatly after logging it it throw up a page asking me to confirm my contact information. Once I did that subsequent logins displayed the accounts summary as expected.
Probably a good idea to suggest logging into the bank manually as a first troubleshooting step.
