Customizing Invoice Template

Question

Is it possible to change the default on the due date.  I never offer 30 day terms and I'd like to be able to change it for all future so I don't have to correct that on each invoice.

Hi @JLASR,

Thanks for bringing this up! I wanted to clarify that Quicken Simplifi Business & Personal does give you an option to customize the payment terms for a business.

When creating an invoice, click the Due Date field and select Set a custom due date. After setting the desired term, you can select Save as new term. From there, you can choose Set as default so that term will automatically be used for future invoices for that specific business.

The limitation is that this default term is set per business. At this time, there isn't an option to create one custom invoice due-date term that automatically applies to invoices across all businesses.
