Holdings have disappeared from my Netx Investor account

To resolve a prior issue, I created a new Nextx Investor account, and it successfully downloaded holdings and worked fine.

However, several months later, all the holdings have suddenly disappeared from the account.

The account is called THXXX0567 IV.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue! To troubleshoot, please try making the account manual, then add and link the account. To make the account manual, please follow these steps from our article on making accounts manual:

Switch a Connected Account to Manual

1. Click the Settings (gear) icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Locate the individual account you want to convert to a manual account.
4. Click the three-dot menu next to the account.
5. Select Make Manual.
6. Click Make Manual again to confirm.

Once the conversion is complete, the accounts will appear in the Manual Accounts section.

To add and link the account, please follow these steps from our article on adding accounts and our article on linking accounts:

Adding a Connected Account

1. From the Dashboard, click + New next to the Account List.
2. Search for your financial institution and select it.
3. Review the consent message and click Continue.
4. Enter your financial institution credentials and click Connect.
5. Review the accounts found. For each account, Quicken Simplifi displays:
   1. Account Name
   2. Account Type
   3. The action Quicken Simplifi will take for that account.
6. 
7. Open the Action drop-down menu and select the existing account you want to link to the account found at the financial institution.
   1. Important: If you leave Action set to Add as New (No Link), Quicken Simplifi will create a duplicate account.
8. Ignore accounts you don't want to add
9. If there's an account you don't want to connect, uncheck the box next to it.
