Renamed category not auto categorizing

I was updating my categories to delete ones that I wasn't using and I shuffled around Dining & Drinks. I think I renamed it to Restaurants. After I did so my restaurant transactions stopped auto categorizing. I switching it back to match the default but everything is still not being auto categorized. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Hi @disc2120,

Thanks for reaching out! Renaming or moving a category can affect the way Quicken Simplifi automatically categorizes transactions, so changing the category back to its original name may not necessarily restore the previous behavior.

Could you please check one of the restaurant transactions that is no longer being categorized correctly and let us know what category Quicken Simplifi is assigning to it? If possible, a screenshot of the transaction details would also be helpful (please be sure to remove or hide any personal or financial information).

If the transactions are consistently coming in with the wrong category, we can also look at whether a Transaction Rule would be the best way to have them categorized automatically going forward.
