UPDATED 9/15/26: Fidelity returns an FDP-2505 error

We are currently seeing an issue with Fidelity returning an FDP-2505 error in Quicken Simplifi. This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

UPDATE 9/15/26

We deployed a fix for this issue, and it should be resolved. Users will still see an FDP-350 error, but this is expected behavior for most users. If you're seeing either the FDP-350 or FDP-2505 error, follow the "Fix-It" flow to update authorization. Once complete, you shouldn't have to authorize again for another year.
