Unable to edit a reminder amount with splits on mobile (edited)

I have a recurring transaction set up for a paycheck. Each pay day I need to edit the splits by a penny or two for taxes being rounded. On the PC browser, I simply edit the deposit amount to clear the “left to split” and to match the actual paycheck. Simple. (I am so happy splits got added to recurring transactions by the way)

I tried it this morning on the iOS app and you cannot edit the deposit amount to adjust for the left to split amount. This appears to be a bug in the iOS app.

I tried it too, and couldn't change the splits either in a recurring deposit within the iOS app. This may be a feature and not a bug. It works fine on the web app. I hazard to guess that not all features of the web app are included in phone app. I will be interested in the coach's observations.

Thanks for reporting this, could you please provide the exact steps you’re taking in the iOS app?

We’d like to see if we can reproduce the behavior on our end and better understand what’s happening.

If possible, screenshots of the steps and the “left to split” amount you’re seeing would also be helpful. Make sure to cover any personal information.

Sure can.

Edit reminder on a reminder with splits
click either the amount or “edit splits”
You can edit the splits and end up with a remaining “Left to be Split”
You cannot edit the transaction amount in the “Amount” field at the top of the screen. It cannot be edited at all.

Log in to the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
Select the Profile icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key (Mac) or the Alt key (Windows), and then click Send Feedback.
Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
