America First Credit Union connection not working

Hello.

For at least month, I have not been able to connect to any AFCU account. The connection has been stable for the last two years that I have been using Simplifi, but went down about six weeks ago. I have two support tickets in for this over the last month. Just wondering if there is an update and to see if this is even on the list of priorities. Not too keen on keeping my subscription active if this is never going to get fixed. Please advise. Thank you.

I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long. I understand the frustration, especially after having the connection work reliably for years.

At this time, we still don’t have an ETA for when the America First Credit Union connection will be fully resolved.

Me too. Multiple chats and calls to support. Change to Plaid. Change back. Back to Plaid. I hope they prioritize this. Never had an issue with Mint in over a decade. I'm fully expect a refund or credit for this. A few days or a week is understandable. Over a month is unacceptable.
