Allow users to mark a month as Reviewed / Closed

After reviewing and categorizing all transactions for a month, I'd like to mark the entire month as Reviewed or Closed. This would provide a clear indication that the period has been reconciled and its reports can be trusted, similar to a month-end close in accounting. If a new or changed transaction later appears in a closed month, Simplifi should flag that month as needing review again.

I would like this only if the toggle also locked all the transactions in that month as is to avoid unintentional changes. To make changes, you’d have to un-mark the month, make the change, and re-mark the month.
