updates to transaction not saving photo attachments when other updates are made

@SMur, we appreciate you reaching out to the community with this issue!
I'm not personally experiencing any issues saving attachments to transactions. I tried with Early Access on and off; I signed out and back in; I refreshed the page; and I edited the transaction again, and the attachment stayed in place in all test scenarios. I also tried adding an attachment while making other changes at the same time.
