My recent credit payment is showing up in Simplifi twice, causing a large discrepancy in my checking account balance. Additionally, I see some blank transactions. Please see attached screenshot. I am happy to delete the duplicate, if that’s the best path forward, but please investigate why this happened. I am unable to do anything about those blank spots. Tapping on them does nothing as far as I can tell.
This is a Chase checking account.
