Kemba FCU getting FDP-390

Kemba FCU (kemba.org) changed their banking login process this morning. Instead of logging in at my.kemba.org, it's been changed to digital.kemba.org. I've tried updating the existing connection and, when that failed to work, I made it manual and tried to add as a new account and I'm getting the error below:

Your account connection no longer works, but we have a new & improved way to connect to your financial institution

Thanks for reporting this and for including the details about Kemba FCU's login change. The FDP-390 message indicates that the existing connection is no longer supported and that there is a new connection method available.

If Quicken Simplifi prompts you to reauthorize your Kemba FCU accounts under the new connection, please follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reauthorization.

If you aren't prompted to reauthorize, please try the following:

1. Make the affected Kemba FCU account(s) manual. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/5321064-switch-a-connected-account-to-manual-mode
2. Go through the +Add Account flow and search for Kemba FCU, making sure to select the new active connection instance.
3. When the accounts are found, be sure to link them to your existing accounts rather than adding them as new accounts. This will help prevent duplicate accounts and preserve your existing transaction history.

If you're still receiving the FDP-390 after following these steps, please let us know. If there isn't an open alert for Kemba FCU and this specific error, we'll need to have the issue reviewed by our Support team for further escalation.
