slavic401k.com connectivity issue (Care Code: FDP-155)

Simplifi already has Slavic 401k as a supported institution. However, the login doesn't work. I get this error all the time when trying to add my account:

We are unable to connect to Slavic 401k at this time.
Care Code: FDP-155

Could anyone provide any tips? Can support troubleshoot this issue? Thank you in advance!

I checked your connection attempts with Slavic 401k from our end and was able to confirm the FDP-155 error.

According to our help article, an FDP-155 error means that the financial institution is blocking access to its servers, preventing Quicken Simplifi from retrieving your account data.

If you're adding the account for the first time, we recommend reaching out to Slavic 401k directly about the connection issue.
