The colors of the Past and Paid labels in the Bills section of the Spending Plan page are not accessible for someone with red/green colorblindness. I assume that the"Paid" text is green and "Past" text is red, but I can't really tell. In addition, the words "Paid" and "Past" are very similar when scanning the list and take some effort to discern. Changing the background color on one of the labels or adding icons or changing one of the words "Paid" or "Past" (maybe "Open" or "Owed" or "Due" — though "Due" is not 4 letters) would make that section much more usable.
