Home Depot Credit Card Returning FDP-350 Error When Reauthorizing

I've been trying to re-authorize my Home Depot credit card account through CitiBank for about 2 weeks and receive "We encountered a problem processing your request. Please try again later." every time I try. I've reset my password directly through the website and can login successfully to my account. It looks like Simplifi is using the exact same URL to try to re-authenticate but keep getting the error. I've even tried the "Retrieve User ID" and "Reset Password" links through Simplifi and get the exact same message. Thanks for any help!

Yes, there is currently a known ongoing issue affecting Citi Retail Cards, including the Home Depot Credit Card, where reauthorization can return an error such as the one you’re seeing. Our team is actively investigating the issue, but there is currently no ETA for a resolution.
